Tasting Notes
Appearance: Pale straw with flashes of gold. Nose: White peach, quince, preserved lemon, chamomile and a hint of lanolin. Palate: Layered and textural, with ripe stone fruit, citrus peel, subtle oak spice and a resonant mineral line. Finish: Long, savoury, slightly saline.
